We typically use low maintenance floor materials in the living room, dining, kitchen, and hallways, like wood laminate flooring or ceramic tile. In the bedrooms, we usually install a quality carpet. For Roofing, we typically install upgraded Architectural / Dimensional 25 Year Fiberglass Shingles. We could use a less expensive 3-Tab Shingle, but it is not the appearance that we would want on our roof at home. The Dimensional Shingles increase the “Curb-appeal” and add 5 years to the 20 Year 3-Tab Shingles.
